So last night I rewatched one of my favorite childhood movies. The last unicorn is a movie of a unicorn looking for others like her. The animation is beautiful it was made in 1982 I would really describe the animation as ethereal. But rewatching this movie made me realize I truly didn't understand it when I was younger. The unicorn had many hardships throughout the movie especially dealing with her own mortality. The movie talks about legacy and mortality a lot which really stands out to me cause I haven't seen recent movies depict death and life as beautifully as this film did.
Fav Quote "I can feel death all around me". This quote follows one of my favorite scenes where we see the ultimate change of the unicorn.
